Business Analyst Learning Management System (LMS)

She or he will support the implementation of skill based organisation and the deployment of maxon qualification matrix all over the world.

• Analysis and develop business processes and systems in the area of Global Learning.
• Be product owner for the Learning Plattform and Processes ensuring that internal requirements are implemented in coordination with the SaaS provider.
• Support the global rollout of the "qualimatrix" within the Learning Management System.
• Act as learning subject matter expert for all processes, systems and authoring topics. Provide global 3rd level support.
• Maintain documentation and training readiness to keep quality at expected level, as well to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

The delivered services span all over the functions within the company. Close relationships with the Production department as well as with Quality and IT are part of the daily activities,

This job is exactly right for you if you have...

• 3 to 5 years' experience in an equivalent position, in an HR position leveraging technology, or in an IT position having a focus on Business.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems, ideally Avendoo. - Good analytical and communication skills allowing you to engage with business partners.
• Appetite to work on configuration and support cases, liaising with business, monitoring, and analyzing the applications logs and collaborating with all parties involved into support process.
• Being process oriented, have compliance and quality in focus to deliver in a pragmatic way stable solutions.
• Skills to work indipendently, organizing day to day support and mid term planning activities, with a strong delivery orientation.
• Ambition to always innovate, improve and enhance solutions, constantly challenging status quo.
• You have to be fluent in English. German is an advance.
